SHARE Studies – Professional Mentoring Dance Program Terms of Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to SHARE Studies, a professional mentoring dance program for pre-professional and professional dancers. By enrolling in or participating in our program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and obligations while engaging with SHARE Studies.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent if under 18. All applicants must meet the program’s prerequisites, which may include a formal application and audition process.
3. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment of the tuition fees.

Payment deadlines are specified at the time of registration and in your acceptance email. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in dismissal from the program.

Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of program cancellation by SHARE The Dance intensive. Refunds request by the participants will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances, solely at the discretion SHARE The Dance Intensive.

Any additional costs, such as travel, accommodation, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the participant.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude throughout the program. SHARE Studies reserves the right to remove any participant from the program due to misconduct, harassment, or behavior that disrupts the learning environment.
5. Program Schedule & Changes

SHARE Studies reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty, and course content if necessary.

Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance whenever possible.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the program may be postponed or adjusted accordingly.
6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge the physical nature of dance and accept all risks associated with training, including the possibility of injury.

SHARE Studies is not liable for injuries, lost property, or personal damages incurred during the program.

Participants are encouraged to have personal health and accident insurance coverage.
7. Intellectual Property

Any recorded content, choreography, or materials provided by SHARE Studies are the intellectual property of the program and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Participants grant SHARE Studies the right to use images and recordings from the program for promotional and archival purposes.
8. Privacy Policy
SHARE Studies respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable laws. By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of necessary personal information for administrative and promotional purposes.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Olhão, Portugal.
